My Story

My name is Mary Beth Strobel.

I am a mother, a wife, a sister & a daughter.

I was born and raised in Kansas and currently still living here.

I am a proud mother of two beautiful daughters.

I work full time.

I am constantly busy running around with my two daughters.

I decided to change my lifestyle last July {2012}

I started HitchFit with the Lose Weight Feel Great Online Program

After that program ended, I decided to choose another online program to do. I chose the Fitness Model online program. I started at 31% body fat and I am now down to 15% body fat at the age of 50.

It has been an amazing experience and I have had an amazing transformation. I encourage everyone and anyone to do HitchFit.
